Four Decades of Passion, Reliability, and Vision
WBV Retires Authorized Signatory Michael Schwee
After more than 40 years of successful service, WBV Oelde is saying goodbye to Michael Schwee, a colleague who has played a decisive role in shaping the company for decades – both professionally and personally.
What began in the summer of 1981 with an apprenticeship at WBV developed into a remarkable career full of commitment, a sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial passion. Michael Schwee assumed leadership responsibilities early on and played a key role in the development and further development of key business areas.
His working style was always characterized by calmness, diligence, and reliability – qualities that made him a valued contact for colleagues and business partners. With analytical thinking, a keen sense of market changes, and a keen ear for his environment, he was able to successfully shape the company for many years.
Michael Schwee was particularly valued for his ability to bring people together and cultivate networks. He knew how to recognize opportunities, foster potential, and explore new avenues – always with the goal of achieving the best for WBV.
"Michael Schwee was not just a colleague for many of us, but also a role model and friend," said the WBV management. “His loyalty, perseverance, and positive attitude shaped our company and will remain in our fondest memories.”
The entire WBV family sincerely thanks Michael Schwee for over four decades of loyalty, dedication, and passion – and wishes him health, contentment, and many happy moments with his family in this new phase of his life.
